NorSled truly needs your continued support. Any contribution from you means the world to us and to the dogs we save. We are running on very limited funds. The first way you can help is by donating funds to NorSled by choosing either a monthly amount you can afford and then by clicking on the “Subscribe” button, or by making a onetime donation by clicking on the “Donate” button.

Your donation is used for expenses such as medical care, shelter fees, micro chipping and kenneling. All of the funds go to the dogs.

Planned Giving

The difference between an abandoned, neglected, or abused dog finding a permanent, loving home and dying alone and unwanted is NorSled – and you. So please consider NorSled in your financial and estate planning. We accept contributions not for our organization but ultimately on behalf of the dogs. This responsibility is not taken lightly. It is at the core of our mission to insure that every dollar we receive is spent carefully, wisely and effectively for those in our care. For more information, please see our planned giving brochure (PDF).

The Pennies for Pups Memorial Fund

DonorIn memory of all our beloved family pets who have made the journey over the Rainbow Bridge, the idea of saving pennies, considered “useless” and throw-away all add up and can help Norsled and can honor the spirit and memory of all the beloved pups gone from us in body only.

The idea is so simple: everyone sets out a jar at work, home, school, etc. Gathering them will be amazingly easy. Put the word out. Collect. Go through your pocket change daily. Pick up special pennies from the street! Bring the coins to adoption fairs, Husky Club or contact Norsled by email at If you have money to donate. Send earmarked checks to our P.O. Box 5784, Vallejo, CA 94591 or donate through PayPal (click the PayPal icon in the sidebar). We can use much needed monies to help homeless huskies in special ways … maybe even concentrate on assisting northern breeds with cancer or other difficult diseases? Of course, we will gladly accept all coins not just pennies. The Penny Memorial Fund is ongoing.

We are a 501(C)(3) non-profit, so donations are tax deductible.
